Returns & Exchanges

To submit a return we will require the order ID and the email address used to place the order or your mobile number. Please submit your return within 30 days from purchase. Returns outside of this 30 day period will not be accepted.

You may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other rights in relation to the supply of goods and services that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will treat your request to return goods in accordance with our obligations under the consumer law and will comply with our obligations if any of those laws are applicable to you and the goods you are seeking to return.

Subject to your return being one to which the Australian Consumer Law applies, the process for dealing with returns is as follows:

Process for returns and exchanges

Kangarama products must be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached, in the same state you received them in. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
All embroidered items are final and cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless they are faulty, and the Consumer Law applies.
Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for a return. Any items returned to Kangarama without approval will be returned at the customer’s expense.
We understand your purchase may not be suitable and you may wish to return/exchange your purchase. This will be subject to the Conditions and Exceptions below:


- Within 30 days from purchase
- Kangarama agrees to offer you a credit-note/exchange based on the purchase price.
- Goods must be packed securely in a postage bag with all of the original tags attached along with your tax invoice.
- Goods being returned must be in their original condition and in their original packaging.
- Once your return has been processed you will receive an email notification. Please note, it can take up to five business days to process returns once we have received them.
- Kangarama does not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
- All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Kangarama.

Under our policy, Kangarama does not offer refunds. We only offer store credit in the form of a gift card. 

Return cost will be at the customer's expense.
